I know of two doctors who do this. Kelowna doctor wants $2400 for him to write any amount. The other doctor is in Chiliwack and he says health canada will not look at you if you get 1-20 grams a day - 100 plants. But from 21-40 (40 is the max he will prescribe), H/C will phone his office and demand an explanation as to why this person has such a high prescription. For over 21 grms - 40 grms he charges a one time fee of $3K. Right now I have his form filled out for 20 grms a day. I would like to be moved up to 40 grms a day. He said he will block h/c for me no problem but he wants to be paid for it. Dr is in his thirties.
