Anyone got any ideas how to insulate a 2x4 tent to hold heat when lights go off

Help!! So I'm in a garage and in veg but my temps are dropping at night with the light on...what kind of heat source can I use before I flip and shit gets too damn. Cold? I'm in a gorilla 2.5x4... I know heater will dry up the air and I'll need humidity but anything anyone tells me will...

Raised it up about a foot and cropped the fan leaves that were stealing light and attempted a top on one to see if I did it correctly

I started a seat in the summer never vegged it and it's a little bud on a stem lol I had to bring it inside because it got too cold and I started it too late in the first place so now I'm gonna put it in my tent on 24 hours hoping that it will grow a little more and then when I flip it finishes...

so I carefully took all three of them out and they hadn't started to route too much so I replace the soil with perlite because the other stuff was soaked you were 100% right they were drowned....let's hope I did not stress these ladies out too much question how long should I veg??just go by height?
