Yeah it comes off when I rub around it, it doesn't look like spider webbing, just tiny white dots. I did spray neem oil a few weeks ago for fungus gnats, but I'm positive they're gone and shouldn't be any larvae because I flushed the soil with neem oil mix as well. Also, transplanted soon afterward
