ok i will add pics in a minute, 3 of my plants are looking a little yellow, and one of them actually has a brown spot on the leaf, is this due to to poor nutrition or maybe too close to the light? i moved the lights hiigher their about 6 inches away and my plants are only about 2 inches tall

So ive got 5 cfls in here seems to be working well so far. the plants are growing quickly. ive got the Tupperware container stacked up on a couple phone books to keep it close to the light as they grow ill just remove them. im running 18on /6off is that right for this stage?

well i just started 2 days ago, their all sticking up and the shells about to fall off, one of them tho is abot an inch tall already i think its going to be a male because isnt fast growth a characteristic of a mail? but other than that so far so good i think. im doing 12/12 light right now too.

yes im aware of the container situation ill get a colored one, and im also getting an air stone here the next couple of days. for nutrients im not familiar with the names but at the hydroponics store they have a wide selection. im also going to grow a couple plants in soil, to see the difference...

ya i see what your saying, ill do that, another question tho, when should i start adding nutes to the water? should that be done as soon as i put the water in the system?

hey man, i WOULD love advice on the hydroponics area,what ive done is taken a fileing cabinet and turned into a little secret grow box, 2 ft tall 15 inches wide, ive got a 15 qrt rubbermaid tub in their, and have fitted 5, 3" mesh pots into it which i will plant the seed in ready grow super...

i wish i could but i dont really have an option, im limited to the space of that box and thats about it =/
