Overfed as in too much water? I've heard that could have been my problem, but I definitely agree and I have cut down a bit.

So do I just add it on top of the soil I already have? Or are you saying the next time I do this, initially start w/ the perlite? If it is ok to add it, will the water distribute the nutrients- or should I re-pot?
