30x22 is generous. I have done closed-loop Co2-enriched sealed grows in a 10x10 room with access to water tap and drainage. But not perpetual harvests. Everything from seed to drying was done in the same room. @Rocket Soul brought up pertinent issues re your grow which you didn't address...
