    which seeds..?

Northern lights is smelly IME. I would not reccomend it if you're trying to stay low key. I had better luck with sweettooth IME. a few haze strains are low odor, but require longer flowering time.

    Gen.Hydro-Flora+MaxiBloom?

thanks for the reply! I've used the Flora 3-part before, and I just didnt like it. I wanted to compliment the 3 part with the maxi, but I guess I cannot do that. something I did find out, when used at a rate of 7g/Gallon, maxibloom is whats known as the "Lucas Formula" for bud. it almost...

    which seeds..?

Original northern lights produces a distinct, bright-oily/fruity smell. it is not quite "weedy" but, would cause inquiry. Sweet Tooth, In my experience, has been lower odor, and mildly sweet. the smell is reminissent of sugar cookies. I understand Northern Lights#5 to be lower odor than the...

Instead of an intake and exhaust fan, can I just stick a mini fan in there?

if the room you are growing in has recirculating AC, and you can provide access of that fresh air to your plants ( box near a vent?) you can avoid having to set up intake/extake ducts. also, set up a DIY CO2 generator, that way your environment doesnt deplete of precious carbon dioxide for your...

    The president who cried wolf

Obama is keeping up with the government healthcare for several reasons. Not only is he trying to look good in the public eye for the next election, he is fighting for the Average american, trying to do the things he said he would. The media totally blows his points of view out of proportion, and...

    plants dying

    * are you using the Flora series (3-part) or the flora nova-2 part system? there seems to be some confusion about that. it seems like you have some loss of nitrogen, and some crisping to the leaves. I believe the floraNova Grow contains about all the NPK you need throught the veg cycle...

    Pike Soil.. anyone? (soil gurus)

=] I've never purchased that soil myself, but they do try and sell the best quality they can. that being said, I would trust their soil, and if a pike were closer to me, I might shop at it more. they have great ammendment section for soil too, most certified organic ftw!

    400w flowerbox (Northern Lights-Jack Frost-Twilight)

The first twilight plant just got to the "dry enough to smoke" point, and I am enjoying it so far. Not the smoothest smoke, and not the tastiest, I can tell it needs more time, this is why I have other clones of this plant to sample at the different windows of maturity. overall, I like it...

Urgent Help PLZ! ... found botrytis on plant.

harvesting early, is always better than tossing away a moldy kola. I've reluctantly had to harvest early on a few occasions, and, It is fine. sure, your bud will not be AS good as it should be, but you saved it from the flame (so to speak) and you have something to give you a buzz til you...

    400w flowerbox (Northern Lights-Jack Frost-Twilight)

oh man, I've yet to step into the luxury class of vehicles, but I do love looking at volvos, Always been a favorite manufacturer of mine. I've heard many great things about coco, in both hydro and organic. What I like about it, is that when you buy the compressed brick form, you can expand it...
