When measuring the temperature with an IR temp gun, I should be measuring the BHO puddle itself right? But how do I measure it while its purging?i can't through the top glass. I am going to be putting the vacuum chamber on a griddle.
What do i do? Do I stop the pump and halt purging, and open...
Do you remember what distance you were at with seedlings? I'm worried that the lamp is too far away, but don't wanna risk lowering it too much. I could defiantly get it way closer with nice temps, if I wanted to.
Is 30" too close for 14 day old seedlings? Started at 45" then kept lowering till now. The light is 500w MH, 1000w dimmed 50%. I usually start with my 125w cfl but I broke the bulb same day my shit came out of the paper towels. Anyone else start with an hid lamp?
My temps are golden, not an...

I didn't even know it was that good. I thought the zero ec was quite the norm with well water, at least around here. I'm right on the border with Canada, in Maine.
I wonder what's up with that? Not sure what kind of well it is, spring, artisan or whatever. All I know is that we pump that shit...
Calibrated it yesterday with 2.77ec solution, on point. I calibrate it every month like clock work, and when I do calibrate it's always good before I do
I'm not lying and I been testing my ec of my water. For 3 years now, always 0. My well water is pretty good, most of the people that live around here have their own wells. Ours is above average quality I've noticed then most people.
Check out this picture I just took just now.
Do you know the ph of your tap water? And/or ec? my well water is already 6.0-6.5, think this is good enough? I usually would ßhoot for 5.8nnot too far off
Ive heard that their is no need to ph water for seedlings because their are no nutrients present, straight water, well water actually, somewhat akin to RO, e.c. at 0.
The water ph is 6.1-6.5
Is this legit?
My seedlings are 3 days old, in rockwool. The RH has been steady at 30%-36%. Will this be a serious problem.? Anyone else have or ever had their seedlings with similar or lower RH?
Lights on 73f lights off 66f are these temps okay? Having a hard time Getting them higher, due to cold climate and grow is in semi unfinished basement. Their fresh seedlings, 1-3 days from cracking (in paper towel)
Thanks guys.
