i have two plants and i was wondering if i can use the florescent light that i grew them with to flower them as well? how good do u think they would flower? maybe if i put up some sides painted white that would help too???

Hey i am new here and i have a few quetions that i was hoping u guys could answer. I just planted the seedlings 2 and a half weeks ago. when do plants usually start the vegitation stage and how can i tell when it starts. thanx.
