So I just got finished cleaning and sanitizing everything. Put little back paper circle over the top and taped off the inlet holes for the hoses till my black hoses come, hope this somewhat helps out. I’m not gonna add any nutes for a few days

I w o i was curious if that’s what it could be. It’s definitely not just that though. There was shit all over the airstones. I’m gonna run some h202 mix with water through them for awhile before putting them in the new clean res, Ive cleaned their hydroton, it was filthy still...

So I’m cleaning the res rn. It’s a cesspool after 3 days.. kinda comical on my part. Something gotta change haha

No light through the lid itself, just some peeking through the net pots, I’m gonna add some more hydroton on top to make sure zero is getting through that way

The hydroton isn’t contaminated? Should I rinse that when I clean my res? Or just leave it

Even if the dirty water has been splashing on the hydroton? Won’t the bad bacteria just leech back into the water from the hydroton?

I have some foil tape. Maybe I’ll give this a try

I was thinking about painting the lid. It’s not really opaque though. It’s a thick white plastic. It is very dark in there when I look through the holes where my tubes enter. I will block those holes off. Will clean the res and see if the problem is still there

Hello all, This is my first grow and am running into an interesting problem I think. My plant seems to be growing very tight. It’s almost contorting itself and the leaves. Is this normal? Or a genetics issue? Any info would be great. My other plant seems to be growing more out and spreading...
