I'm using Coast of main soil and "Buds & Bloom dry fertilizer" for flower. The guide says weeks 1, 3 and 5 but it wasn't set in stone. I'm thinking I could have used a little more but also thought that the yellowing might be okay.
Hey all,
Been a very fun go so far with minimal issues but I just noticed some pretty yellow leaves. I noticed that some smaller fan leaves and stuff were dying on the bottom of the plants. I didn't trim/prune as much as I wanted an read that lower leaves will dry out and possibly die through...
Week 8. Last feed on 12/8. Just waiting for the amber to show up. I'm sure the things I've learned will result in a lot more in the future but I'm happy with the way they're looking so far.
5 gallon bucket sitting 3 feet above pots on the outside of the tent. Buddy sold the system to me on the low. It's overpriced new and you could build it yourself.
They set pretty well on the first install. I hand checked the weights of the grow bags a couple times and opened the Blumats up until I felt the weight of the bags was a little less to fully watered. I checked a couple weeks later by doing a watering to see how quick it would run. Got through...
Starting week 6 of flowering tomorrow and figured I should post some photos of progress.
This is my first grow and I'm treating it as a fun starter project. I wanted to do my own research and use the community when I felt it necessary. I tried to limit a lot of the info I shared because I...
You seem to be totally right. I used a phone PAR meter and it read 690 from canopy. My DLI was 29.8 and recommended was at 30. I'll invest in a good meter but it was definitely an eye opener. Thanks again.
Ahhh, thank you. I read some more stuff about light intensity after posting this and realized I was completely in the dark. I figure I needed to end up at 100% and anything lower was a sacrifice. Definitely need to read up on everything you said.
Yea, 200watt light. I appreciate the advice.
Here is a top from another plant that has leaves around the cola pointing straight up. It made me think of possible light burn but these leaves aren't yellow and are further away from the light than the Mango.
Hey all,
Back with another possible issue on my first grow. I am in the 4th week of flowering and noticed a distinct color difference on my KC Brains Mango plant. The middle is a yellow/green and the outside a darker green. It's actually cool looking but I know this isn't good. I was thinking...
