My first go at training. If I'm lucky plants will have multiple stems with a good bud on each. They have about 7 weeks to go. My soil is a mix of potting compost, normal soil and a little sand. They are getting liquid feed every 2 or 3 days.

Every year it happens - outdoor

Hi the plants look in great shape. I would try putting a large bin or barrel near the plants and fill it with the hose, then leave it for chlorine etc. to evaporate then use a little bucket or old saucepan to water the plants. If that's not straining yourself.

The 2 purple punch autos and one melonade runtz auto in traction. It's a learning curve this growing. Love it.

Just about 4 weeks since I put these seeds to soak. They will start to take off now. Never tried training but will have a go later today. Will be here for a few more weeks then they are on their own til mid October. Will set up my watering system again before I go back to the UK. Hopefully it...

Will be feeding with a liquid concentrate. 3 euro a litre from a cheap shop, before I leave in September will put granules of feed on the soil. It's very old so nitrogen will have gone but potassium doesn't lose potency and that's what's needed for bud development.

Popped 4 seeds 2 weeks ago, just transferred them to the big pots. Autos again so ready mid October. I am here for another month, will try and train these if I can. Will be my first time at it. 2 auto melonade runtz and 2 purple punch autos. First time growing purple, have kept 3 seeds for next...

Been checking the buds with my digital magnifying glass and some of the trichomes have gone orange. Buds would have been bigger if I was around but that's guerilla growing when I'm away.

Arrived over here today. My watering system had failed. Half the can of water not used and it has been hot and dry here. Might have rained twice in the last 5 weeks. The fan leaves gone but buds all there. Gave them a pint of water each then this evening another pint with feed. Using a high...

    Outdoor show an tell 2025

Hi plants looking fantastic. Would you put insecticide powder around the bottom of the pots? If it's outside the pots it wouldn't contaminate the soil in the pots, but the beetles would walk on it and poison them. Also coachroach gel might be worth trying. They take it back to the nest.

I go over next week. I hope the plants are ok. The weather has been very hot there and little rain. I hope my watering system has lasted. The next 7 days look very hot, high 30's centigrade. I also forgot to put liquid feed in the water, even though I bought a bottle. I put granules of feed on...

    My auto has seeded

I harvested that plant a while ago, put the buds in a cardboard box to dry and I only found one seed. The one I could see. I went through the buds squeezing the lumps, but no seeds in them. Don't know what happened.

Repotted the one in the small pot. It's an auto but hopefully it won't hold it back. Applied some feed. High in potassium for the buds. Filled the water tub as well.

Hi Kid Yes the weather forecast is looking good for June, even when there's no rain the morning dew helps and the watering system keeps them going.

Back in the UK, I'm in the city so an outdoor grow would be very difficult. I have spotted a flat roof I can access but risky going there to top up the water container. Too many eyes in the city. Recently started indoors but something special with outdoor growing.

Hi, no it's not allowed but it's got a good climate for it down the south west here. Last year it was very wet end September and October. Came over to some bud rot and very small harvest, had been very dry in the summer first time I've had rot here. I think autos early on then photos later is...
