250w hps and 18 hours open light. The tempature of tent light on 27c light off 21c. The nutrients are AN sensi bloom A+B 1 ML and carboload 1ML per 1 liter water. The soil is pelagron lightmix. And i mixed perlite. also it is at 8 week after sprouting

Hello, what are these pests? and how can I get it away? I tried a mixture of neem oil and alcohol. it looks like they have increased more. it also damaged the plant in other ways. As far as I can see there are two separate pests. one looks like yellow and the other looks like black.
