hippy, that is an old trick of theirs. It isn't very legal or protective and we just had a doc arrested for doing FAR more with certifications than sending a postcard. With the new laws coming into effect you would be out of luck with a section 8 hearing with that kind of 'certification'. Stop by next time with your records, I'll do it the right way for free so you are safe.

well back in 2010 you certified me at the motel here in Cheboygan. then i get this paper in the mail to renew it with Alternative Solutions.well i was under the impression it was with you. lol i have not seen a doctor there just give them my paper work.i am sorry i did not know they stoled my paper work.and now i fine out you charge half of what they do to renew.so i will be renewing with you from now on.you take the time to see your patients. thanks -
