This is my first grow, seedlings 6 days old. It hasn’t really grown last two day which I’m just putting down to root growth but the leaves seem to be pointing up. Am I doing something wrong, how does it look to you?

Can someone advise me on what light I should purchase? Don’t have a whole lot to spend. My grow space is 3x3 ft. Appreciate any help :)
