Sorry for the lack of updates. Harvested the UFO Connie Chung yesterday. Beautiful plant. About a ounce dry is a good estimate. The green spirits are a little slower, gonna be more like a 10-12 week flowering period but they have at least double the weight if not triple the UFO strain. Finally...
Went ahead today and did something I didn't know much about. I had left the plants totally alone, no stressing or manipulating. Today I cut away much of the small growth below the canopy. Everything growth on the plants was budding but I feared that the they were diverting to much energy to...
The plants look gorgeous, Just touching them makes your hands sticky. About 3-3.5 feet tall each. Put up much more aluminum reflectors.
Check out their progress
Sledgehammer flushed the roots. Never have done that before but the results are spectacular. All the roots have turned pearly white and look almost untouched. Aside from a little pruning lots of bud growth on nodes.
Update after a while: Plants looking great! Got some prozyme in the res for beneficial microbes and vented the fan to reduce the temperature in the room and it completely eradicated the slime. Pearly white roots all around. Here are some pictures a few days into flowering.
Just a seedling area, I will be transplanting them in a couple of days.
Figured it was the best way to propagate the germinating seedlings. Its not perfect but with that layout the spray nozzles don't miss anything.
Checked the plants this morning when the light came on and the big guy in the middle back was droopy. I lifted up the lid to find that white slime that heisenberg talked about clumped all over my roots. Changing the res conditions today with increased air flow, more h202 and a visit to the...
So I got these seeds from a buddy of mine and I thought I'd throw them into a few
dwc's and see what happened.
Here are a few pics of them right now, sorry I didn't take them sooner. Germinated on 9/13/11.
Some factors: Changing Res in each bucket once every 7 days. Light is a 600w HPS...
I'm worried they are to short, I have an adjustable floor and could add another half foot of grow space. I read somewhere they needed to be at least 12" but if that is not so, great!
Hey all, I'm very new at this and these are my first successful plants. Though the pictures are not as clear as I had hoped they would be, I was wondering if you guys could offer any advice pertaining to the health and welfare of these babys.
