Found this insect on mother plants that were old and infested by thrips, as i placed some lady bugs im worried about this one to be a menace to them. Does anybody recognize this f*cker?

i looked into my dried harvest while trimming and noticed this kind of white thing that looks like mold inside the bud. is it bud rot or from mites or anything else? thx
