After a total of 14 days since germination your plants should be between 2-4 tall. I'm on day 16 today and my gorilla cookies plants are about 5-6" in height and are looking pretty good.

If growing inside of a grow tent, a heat mat shouldn't be needed. The grow light should help to maintain decent temperatures. If using autoflowers, I'd recommend using 4 gallon self watering pots. Makes it easier for watering because any excess will run out of the bottom of the pot itself...
