Hey Corey thx for answering! Well there's a window at the room but i was planning to have it closed with AC + dehumidifier. I've got a 8in fan (600 CFM) and a 8in VivoSun carbon filter to scrubble that's enough to make 35 full air changes in a hour. I'll have to look into CO² as i never used it...

I live in the top floor (last unit) it's in the corner so i don't have any neighbor windows near the room...
