Air cooled means that the air flowing around the bulb is not the same as in the room. They use what's called a air-cooled reflector

I would say you can easily get an ounce or more a week from 3 plants. You harvest three and you put three more in flowering. Takes about 8 week so I fit around 24 plant (3X8=24)

Good job Looks Very nice. I would say if you can use a Y and 2 bulbs instead of one without making the room to hot you should do so. Otherwise maybe you can find a way to adjust the height of your bulb so that it's closer to the plant. I have 8 23w cfl 1 foot over my plants and it's not growing...
