im not sure about the type of light but i know it is the right type cuz it emitts uv and i heard people said 16-18 hours so i decided i would put it right in the middle it is definetley stretched out quight a bit

this is my first time growing and ive had a plant for about 3 weeks its about 8 inches tall and the leaves dont start until about 5 inches up i was wondering if this is normal i have 17 hours of light and i was also wondering about how long to let it grow until i begin flowering
