I veg them for 2 to 3 weeks and then I flower them. I waited 3 weeks because I needed the smaller ones to catch up with the bigger ones. I have had people suggest that I flower longer. I am not sure because of using the CLF bulbs. If I had a grow light then I could let them veg for longer...
