i have a mix of high grade seeds and in the mix is a strain called garbage trash can lol it's suppose to be fire but smells like garbage

i have a cfl fixture it'd more simple to just screw in a 150 watt bulb in my cfl fixture .Or buy a 125 watt which i can't afford for right now will i still get a great yield with just a normal 150w bulb vs the hydroponic brand 125 w or 150 watt versions
