I planted this 2 months ago and i didnt expect it to reach this level,i am not doing anything special for it.same pot,watering every 6 days and thats it. How can i start taking care of it right?what does it need?is it in vegetation stage?

I left a bunch of cannabis seeds in the soil,i forgot about them 2 weeks later thats what i found on my window.Can anyone help me identify what's going on here?

I am just using gardening soil 2 sprays of water every 3 days Using water of ph 7 Added magnesium-zinc-Ca mix 2 days ago Rgb led 50 watt I really dk the temp and rh because i didn't buy ph nor thermometer.

It's my 7th attempt growing cannabis and everytime it reaches this stage only. Help?

I transplated it after i fed it in 2 oor 3 days.the yellow color is still increasing after transplanting.
