I can barely read these confusing ass bills but electric is def on the higher end here. And this is with the warehouse being totally empty so I dont know of the actual rates will go up for the higher usage or what. They are constantly increasing and squeezing more out of us.
I have 2x 200a 240V service panels. I live in rochester, NY so cold winters and the real heat is only about 3-4 months of the year. Id like to keep hvac below 40k and was just going to load up on minisplits. It already has stand alone gas overhead heater (Hot Dawg) if needed in the winter...
Those dimensions are specificaly for inside of the partitioned flower space. That is walll what I have to flower in. I have about 6ksq ft total and am just starting with this one flower room and will be planing a veg and dry room aswell.
Larger than a typical 2-car garage, it would be closer to 3-4x that in area. And yes the rolling benches will take up 30' but will only have 3-4 ft of space for isles after I build in the partition walls. Then I will have about 6-8 ft of space at the one end of all the benches.

Wow those realy went crazy on the stretch but my situation is somewhat similar looking but less intense. The top 6-12 inches of my plants are like yours but the rest of the plant stretched much less. Im just about to hit week 7 and will grab some pics when lights come back on tomorrow...
No did not add any thing new to the mix. I did add some craft farmer under canopy lights but I ordered them late so added them first day of week 4, after they stretch happened
I cant say for sure what the ppfd was the last time when they stretched, I think it was around the same 1000-1000.
Do you run CO2 and still keep it 900 or under for ppfd?
I am almost positive the timer is not doing anythign funky. I have the entire circuit of lights on a pool timer wired directly to my breaker panel so it turns off the power even to the outlets. I regularly go in the room just before lights on and just after but I suppose there is some slim...
These are breeder cuts, and I have run them where they didnt stretch like this. Something im doing they arent liking for sure. Def specific to genetics but not that these are bad genetics, they are tried and true. Its def on my environment.
