I saw your post at boomers grow about lights and thought I would answer you this way instead of hijacking his thread. Yea, I love the idea of LEDs but they are just not cost effective yet. Well thats my opinion. Best place I have found to purchase lights is cragslist. Check it out you can usually find them at half price. If no luck then Ebay always has deals.
