Did you run the seed plants or clones of each?

The first pack of Slurricane#7, I ran had these problems. Second pack, I did a light sanding along the seams of the seeds before soaking. Focus more along the rear seams to allow the shell to hinge open more.

Buddy some strains don't yield much, some only give a 10% return. If you're only using a couple grams you might not get that much rosin in return.
