For a new grow, I'm wondering if the clones taken from a pollinated female with very premature seeds near the end of the harvest will always remain pollinated? Is there any chance the clone will grow and mature back into a sensimilla female?

Its the same plant shown, the other plants looks and grow completely normal. If the virus spread already what way will it end up spreading in he future? Worrying as its going to be almost impossible to remove the plant from the scrog net without somehow taking the others out. Seems like chopping...

If you have no airflow and a semi weak strain the stems will grow thin and wont be able to support much bud. You would also be having to tie and stake up all the ones that flop over. Keep it extra simple. Use a fan.

Vinegar works great for keeping away some pests.

For the bare minimum you only need a wall timer and one small oscillating fan. Stick it in a cuboard 12/12 just water and maybe give some scrap food for nutrients like egg shells.

Why not just use both lights all through flowering?

The healthy leaves look nutrient burnt have you noticed a slow down in growth? May be nutrient locked you should try keep the ph above 6

Its hard to say without knowing the ratio of your veg nutes. Id use close to the recommended amount just slowly add more veg nutes with each feed an keep an eye on the plant. Are they inorganic nutes? If so youll see a quick change if the plants happy or not but as i said start slow as the plant...

You give the plant both flowering and veg nutes in all stages you just increase the flower nutes the more developed the buds get. The plant will also benefit from micronutrients at all stages of growth
