Nutrient wise I only use canna a+b pretty sure my tap Ayer is hard

My seedlings seam to be going a pale green colour Planted straight in coco from seed Under a small t5 light Feeding 1/4 strength canna A+B PH 5.6-6 Overall they seam to be still growing Any advice would be really appreciated

Im feeding 3/4 strength Canna A + B with RO water my temps are about 23c im only running a intake fan right now and im useing T5 grow light humidity is about 50% what could cause Mites ?
