Just very simply put ... This with 3 heads ... ... out-weighed this with 7 heads (each plant lost one during training) ... The plant got to use all of it`s energy to drive weight into the lesser head count. They were similar in weight, but one with less than half the number of heads :D...

If it was not enough light Clink the plant would`ve told you in another way ... you likely just have a long-finishing pheno, looks top-shelf too KC :weed:

It depends on your plant type Java as to whether or not it will affect the `top` yield. If the strain naturally grows large tops ... then leaving undergrowth will affect their development in terms of size. The flavour matter however, I`ve never found the lower buds to have a different flavour...

Absolutely Jimmer! I`ll try to show some cool other ways to apply thinking about plants into your gardens, really helps understand your babies a bit more. Diversity is key :D. ATB to you mate, KC :weed:

It`s a matter of taste really mate. Generally speaking, if you`re trying to harvest for just tops ... you`re only leaving the top 30-40% maybe to bud in term of node numbers. You can leave more ( I did a mixed experiment, and left up to 8 nodes down), but it depends what you`re after. I found...
