Could it be overwatering if the leaves crumble when you touch them?

temp has ranged from 65 to 75. i was told to increase water at light change. i did.... using miracle grow for tomatoes at same rate as before. is there any hope?

My plant was doing great, then all of a sudden it starts drying out. Soil is moist. What's up? I am growing pyraponically. Just changed the light cycle back to 24 hr for bud growth and plant leaves are drying up. Come to far to loose it now. The picture attached is 3 days ago at cycle change.
