I have 3 plants and two are healthy but one of them has yellow lower fan leafs. Plant is 5 weeks old from seed. I'm thinking it may be overwatered? Thoughts?

Yes Gwarf, started in solo cup and soon as second set of leaves appeared it started drooping. I transplanted about a week ago into 2.5 liter pot and it seems to be growing ok but just keeps drooping in mornings and evening. No worse or better on watering days. I'm stumped!
