Have you checked your ph levels in the water and medium? If your ph is off you can create nutrient lockout at the roots and the plants won’t be able to uptake certain nutes
A rough way of telling is when about 80% of the pistils have turned brown and curled it. But the best way is to get up close and personal with the buds. Once those trichomes have gone from clear to mostly opaque you are good to go
I always thought it’s because plants take up water about 4 times as fast as they take up nutrients, as they absorb the water faster than the nutrients the ratio of water to nutrients decreases thus increasing EC.
Nope, it’s about 3/4. They had nitrogen deficiency pretty early on when I was using 1/4 so I just upped the EC by approx 100 points per day until it was fixed.
