Yes sorry EWC. So from my understanding oyster shell flour is used with peat because of the PH? Also do I have to let this mix cook? Can I plant my seeds into this mix or should I transplant them into it?

It definitely looks like root for to me, especially that some parts are droopy and some are not. Maybe fusariam or some other fungal disease?
