    Yep, thrips. If you weren't in flower, you'd have more options. DE and the soap will slow them down. Make sure to wear a mask if you're throwing DE powder around. You'll need to do a budwash at harvest.

    20-30 gallons will do it. Anything much smaller and it'll be rootbound.

    It would help if you tell us what you've done. up to now, and how far along the plants are. Nutes, media, lights, ph, watering. Looks to be an issue with Potassium, unfortunately, the symptoms of deficiency and toxicity are very similar, so some background information is key to diagnosing.
