I reckon it's a moot point now, as I didn't care much for the shape once I pruned it down. It went into the compost pile.
I was under the impression that a photoperiod plant would not produce mature flowers under 18/6. This plant certainly didn't have anything beyond the tiniest of preflowers.
If it doesn't flower, there's obviously no worries about seeds. I actually took a cutting to sex it a while back. I took pollen from that one and put it in the freezer for later. I just want to keep this around as a curiosity more than anything. I've never tried to keep one as a normal...
