i can understand that bro the EASIEST way to get your records is just go to after hours clininc on south circle and when they ask whats wrong when you check in you just tell them hey my back hurt i got hurt on my job a few months ago and that you been having pain on and off since then(it works thats what i did).That way you will have on records you went to doc for back pain, and you just go to memorial to pick up records free.Thats what i did just a little stetching the truth got me medical records.Your looking for meds how much the spot i go to eights are 55,BUT DAMN worth it
