How big exhaust for room size (9m x 9m x 4.5m) ?

You see the system , PVC tubes filled with coco substrate, i have 2 600w (cooltube) and they shine 9 hour each (18/6), temperature is 22 - 28 °C , moisture is ok. Now half of the plants have yellow leafs like you see on the picture. Is this lack of water , fertilizer or maybe oxygen in tubes...

Will PVC tubes (covered with glass wool) make eny effect on water temperature inside? (System 4200W 3.5m tall) or this is no worth cent and i should use ordinary pvc tubes ? If i have right the glass wool absorb some heat.

How much do you get from one single cola plant ?

I have coliseum garden and i can have only 11L pots , i veg. plants in another room. I will try to veg. in 20L pots and than i will transplate plants to coliseum garden with 11L pots (so there will be full of roots). Questions for you: Is that possible or not ? ( how will plant react on this )

How about that: When the seeds look out with 2 bigger leaves you put the light on 18/6 for one week. Than you put the light on 12/12 for two weeks and add only grow nutrients. ... after this is flowering stage. What do you say about that? Enyone?

What is the difference between clone and regular seeds in hydro grow. I would like to make hydro grow (rockwool)(vertical 360° SOG) with regular seeds because i dont have place for big mothers to make clones. What do you suggest i attempt to use white rino and LST method for lowering plants?!?
