Update Mailed app on Sept 14th Check cashed on Dec 3rd Informed Delivery shows mail from IDPH today. I’m hoping it’s the card but I’m concerned maybe there is an issue with my app. Seems like it’s a little early for it be the card already

I mailed it myself on September 14th

I went to MCO. I emailed a couple of weeks ago and didn’t get a response. Emailed again last week and was told my application was recieved but they didn’t specify a date.

Update Doctors appointment September 12th Mailed all the info on September 14th Check cashed Dec 3rd I’m assuming my application is being processed

Definitely not discouraged. I realize they are way understaffed. All these years I thought waiting at the DMV was bad....

I’ve tried multiple times but have only made it to the queue twice for about 15 minutes then I get the message of high call volume before it disconnects
