Looks to be mostly cloudy at this point. The amber you're seeing is on sugar leaves. The trichomes mature faster on leaves. Do you have a microscope or loupe? You want to get a close up of the bud itself and you'll really be able to tell. The plants still have some swelling up to do. Nice frosty...
Does anyone fridge dry their harvest? I know it's been talked about a few times but I haven't really been able to find someone who actually does it and whether or not it works. A guy I read up on called it low and slow method and said it was the smoothest smoke he's had. I have a mini fridge...
Look up bestva bp2000 those are decent cheap lights. Good dimming good full spectrum decent quality diodes. Last for years I've had my bestva 1000 for years now still use it for my seedling light.

I would separate the herm before it pollinates the others. Also you should pluck away at those seeds. If you keep at it plucking everyday sometimes they stop producing seeds and focus back on flowering 100%.
In my experience pistils will keep growing regardless especially if you have a good light of course unless the plant is at end of life ready to shrivel up and die. You want most pistils to change color and recede into the buds. Once that happens is when I start checking trichomes. As far as...
I occasionally have this problem. I gently mist water onto the helmet, put a misted dome over it to raise humidity and in a few hours they pop off on their own. My problem was caused by low humidity seemed to dry up quickly after breaking soil.
