I’m growing in coco. They look healthy but one plant has burnt tips, I’m thinking from the nutrients or lighting but I been keeping my lighting down because of it

The new growth on all my plants is very weird. Only one leaf is growing and the other one is extremely small or closed. I can’t find anyone who’s had a similar problem to this. Any advice is appreciated
Update: this is now happening on my plants I moved into my closet after the light incident. I don’t think this is a lighting problem.... the only thing I can think of is there was cat litter in my watering can(my nephew got into it) and I didn’t know until after I watered my plants
My plants were doing fine and then I turned my light up a tad and I guess it was too much my fan leafs started closing together so I turned it down and they only came unclosed a little bit and are growing uneven. Any advice is appreciated.
