    I have 2 x 140mm fans. Package temperature does not exceed 60 C and heat sink stays well below 50.

    Up to 100w recommended. You can go overboard with these with adequate cooling. I choose to drive them at 65% of recommended capacity to get more flux per watt. Edge dimensions: 300 x 150 mm. Thanks :)
