I was reading a post about your curing and you had mentioned using humi paks to calibrate your hygrometers, just wanted to pass a trick on to you how to really calibrate it. the baggie part you got correct but next time take a water bottle cap or milk jug cap and fill it with salt, next dampen the salt with water. You don't want it soupy but evenly moist. put in the baggy with the hygrometers and leave over night. Your reading should be 75%, if not adjust accordingly.
