1st grow, Plant is 3 weeks 12/12 looks fine except for this split in the stalk and the weird fan leaf that did not grow off the stalk, should i cut them off? Thanks TBONE

Thanks bird dog and bamacheese, in the last 2 days there has been lots of preflowers\calyx emerge they look like they are going to be female just cant see hairs, I have a 60x microscope but its hard to position it and see, I would love to see pictures and have something to compare it to, these...

Thanks for the info i have been looking at so many pics to try and determine sex and i just can't tell, Here's to hoping they are ladies! I added some pics from further away any comments, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :peace:

I switched to 12/12 1 week ago, i am just not seeing white hairs, just green hairs which I cannot tell if it is going to just be another leaf set or if its pre-flowers. The tops are not giving me much clue either just looks green and I want to see white hairs :)
