It could be a dozen things but you might look at Ph related lockout. The damaged leaves won’t heal. Adjust your ph and remove the damaged leaves to see if that fixes the issue. Adding more calcium or magnesium won’t help if it is locked out.

You could take it now and not be wrong. Malawi can be occasionally racy and it wouldn’t hurt to see some amber to knock some of that out of it. If you can, take a few buds now and let it go a couple weeks for the rest.
