So after reading my emails again, and corresponding with the company, I sent an apology letter this morning. The whole situation got out of hand, on both sides. I responded poorly.
I was angry, and upset.
Hotgrass does have great weed, and the prices are amazing. Hoping that their customer service will be on par as well
