If the damage seems to be only at the top of the plants it would indicate a heat problem. Are the leaves only yellowing or are they getting dried out, brown spots, and curling up as well? Is the HPS too close?

I just got one too and I thought the same thing. Is it pink colored 400w with a sticker that shows its a Digital Greenhouse? I bought the digi because I read all about how they run cooler, but this thing gets burning hot. It's not mounted just sitting on a small glass table next to my plants.

Plants do not like sodium. It'll lock up nute intake and burn your plant. Go with a hydro PH adjuster like general hydroponics.

The sponges are the same size in the master gardener kit and the kit that comes with the AG. If you use the ones that come with the AG you'll have to peel off the covers and scrape out the seeds and then put them back in and reattach the covers with a little elmers glue. No big deal. It comes...

No doubt. One thing I like about the master gardener kit is the pod holders are two pieces that break apart so they can be reused.

There are no dumb questions...but this is close. Yes, some herb seeds are much smaller than others so you have to make sure you get them all.
