I I plan on using the general hydroponics trio. How would I mix it and how much do I put if its going to be the first time I feeding it

I'm just growing this one plant for right now to get a hang of growing. I just wanted to see if I can grow it or not.

Do you think it will be possible to grow it outdoors if not what light would you recommend.

I got it from amazon its says its a 1000w but I don't think it is. The brand is gtmar its a full spectrum led grow light.
