The spots are starting to show on new growth leaves! They have been in ~10 PPM water now for about 3 days, how long should it take to clear out all the old nutes? If that is the problem? Anyone have any ideas what else it could be?

Here's an update photo. They look like they are getting bigger. However, it seems the brown spots are following the growth. I've heard of using Hydrogen Peroxide in with Hydro stuff, how does that work? How much should I use? Will it help my girls out at all? Here's a few Time Lapse videos...

Thanks for all the replies all! I do have a PPM and pH testing. I use the ~ to be an estimate ( ~560PPM vs 563PPM ). The pH ~ is a bit different for me cause I am eye balling the color chart thing for the drops. Where should my pH be at for DWC? I've got all 4 girls in ~10 PPM distilled water...
