Retired with no money or prospects. Just old and In the way. Playing music & smoking pot for 50 years. Spent 3.5 years in a Virginia prison. A prisoner in the 1970s who served half of a 7 year 20 day sentence. A half lb. & bam. 5 to 40 years intent to sale. Got busted on my 21st birthday. It is a part of the public record of my trial that I addressed the judge saying that marijuana was no different than tobacco it was a commodity & should be treated as such. My words fell upon Marijuana Madness filled ears.
